Intellectual Property

All editorial content on this Site — articles, comparisons, guides, and graphics — is owned by RealtorStack and protected by copyright. You may share excerpts (up to 100 words) with a link to the original; reproducing full articles, scraping site content for AI training datasets, or republishing without permission is prohibited.

Purchased digital products (prompt packs, templates, and other downloadable products) are licensed to you for personal, professional use only. One license = one user. You may use the prompts and templates in your own real estate business without restriction. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the files to others
• Bundle the prompts into a competing product or training course without written permission
• Share download links publicly or with teams beyond a single-agent license

Product Terms — Stripe Purchases

Paid products are sold via Stripe. Stripe processes all payments securely; their Privacy Policy governs the payment transaction.

All products are digital downloads delivered immediately after purchase — there is no physical shipment. Because of the instant-delivery nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. If you experience a technical problem accessing your download (e.g., a corrupted file or a delivery failure), contact us within 14 days and we will re-deliver or issue a refund at our discretion. Refund requests based on change of mind after download delivery will not typically be honored, but we will consider genuine edge cases.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. RealtorStack makes no representation that any tool review, comparison, pricing figure, or editorial recommendation will be accurate, current, or complete at the time you read it — SaaS products change frequently, and we cannot guarantee real-time accuracy.
